As an interior designer I work with many builders and I am in so many homes. I can honestly say our home stands out as unique and stunning design. Thayne helped us with our vision but he helped us be able to stay within our budget. So many of my clients go into the building process not knowing what they want or they want what they can not afford, which then after they get into their home they are not happy with the design or have spent too much money because they had no direction.

When we met with Thayne the house I had in my mind was 5 times the home we could afford but after 2 visits with him he was able to downsize certain rooms and still give us that exact home we wanted but within our means. Thayne is diligent and passionate about what he does and this translates into the end product.
